In cooperation with IDnow and Intrum Justitia AG, additiv developed a module that ensures reliable mobile online customer identification. The module can be connected to each core system within a short time.

The customer identification over distance is also in Switzerland the new standard. Thanks to the solution of IDnow, offered in Switzerland by Intrum Justitia, customers can identify themselves via web browser or mobile app on all the popular devices (phone, tablet, PC, laptop).

Thus, (financial) services providers can offer customers a modern relationship opening, which makes going to a branch or post office redundant. In less than 5 minutes, the identification is concluded, carried out by a competent call center staff. All customers need is an Internet connection, webcam and an identity document. Thanks to Video-Ident customer onboarding is done without waiting, without media break and without registration. Digital become more successful.

From additiv DFS, the core system gets delivered the files needed for the identification such as photos, video and sound recordings. These files can then, for example, be stored directly in the electronic customer file. The module “IDnow Video Ident ” is available immediately to all customers of additiv. The integration works with any core system and can be implemented in a short time. Here all the requirements of the Money Laundering Act (AMLA), electronic signature, privacy laws and other relevant regulations are adhered to.

Shortly – in addition to the online identification – also in Switzerland the solution “IDnow eSign” is available via Intrum Justitia: the qualified electronic signature.
